Construction Monitor Report: Site 48LA71L (Remains of BLDGS. 208 and 209), F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming (1993)
On May 24, 1993, I met with Sergeant Swanson, construction manager for the trenching to be done in the parking lot behind Building #208. The trenching is in the area of site 48LA71L, the remains of two enlisted men's barracks built in 1885 which burned in the early 1920s. A trench 24 inches wide was to be dug across the parking lot, through the site area. Sgt Swanson was to notify me when trenching began.
