The goal of this project is to complete a Site Examination for the Henry Stacy Site (NYSM #12283) so that information can be collected to assess the site’s eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places prior to the completion of NYSDOT PIN 3805.44.121 (3 of 5) in the Town of New Haven, Oswego County, New York.
