City of Goodyear, Maricopa County, Arizona

The City of Goodyear (Goodyear) is located in the Phoenix metropolitan area, southwest of the cities of Phoenix and Glendale. Goodyear partnered with the Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office (PXAO) and the Corps of Engineers to develop an artificial wetland for the purpose of treating brine concentrated wastewater to be discharged into surface waters. This collection contains cultural resource investigations conducted in support of this undertaking.
