    The author investigates Plains-Pueblo exchange using macroscopic petrographic data regarding the temper of Glaze Ware sherds recovered from 63 archaeological sites on the Llano Estacado escarpment of the Texas Panhandle. The sites are in two geographic areas commonly associated with distinct archaeological complexes, Tierra Blanca and Garza.
