Summary
Archaeological salvage of site LA 48732, located approximately 5 miles
northwest of Laguna Pueblo on I-40J resulted in the analysis of five
macrofloral samples and one pollen sample. This Anasazi site was occupied
during the Pueblo II period, and contains a pitstructure and several
extramural features, including basin-shaped hearths and a roasting pit. The
samples represent various features at this site that were sampled for the
purpose of gathering subsistence data.
