Summary
Bulksediment samples were recovered from paleoflood study sites along the North Platte
River and along the Medicine Bow River in southern Wyoming. These sites are part of the North
Platte River Paleoflood Study located upstream of Pathfinder Reservoir. Botanic components
and detrital charcoal were identified in the samples, and potentially radiocarbon datable material
was separated.
