POLLEN AND MACROFLORAL ANALYSIS AT SITE 5MT11958, COLORADO
Author(s): Kathryn Puseman; Linda Scott Cummings
Year: 1999
Summary
Single pollen and flotation samples were recovered from a rubble concentration at Site
5MT11958 in southwestern Colorado. This site represents a late Pueblo II habitation. The
rubble mound appears to represent a salvage pile of rocks that were intended to be used as
masonry stones for construction of a structure. The pollen and macrofloral samples were
collected from fill near the bottom of the concentration.
