Pollen samples representing Prescott-Phase occupation of a semi-subterranean structure and a check dam at YAV 74, as well as the modern surface, were examined to provide information concerning plant use and processing by occupants of this site. Samples collected within the structure represent the floor, the floor beneath a mano, and a pit.
