Summary
A single mano, recovered from site 42Ws2556, was submitted for a pollen wash to
recover evidence of its use. In addition, fill from a small hearth (Feature 1), was floated to
recover evidence of foods processed and/or fuel used. This Southern Paiute site, occupied
between AD 1460 and 1640, is located on a terrace on the south side of the Virgin River.
