Author(s): Linda Scott Cummings
Year: 2007
Summary
A single pollen sample was collected at a depth between 1.6 and 1.8 m below the surface
in an industrial area of Honolulu at the Makoloa Electrical substation on Makaloa Street. Pollen
analysis was undertaken to provide information as to whether this area had functioned as a
fishpond and whether or not it contained pollen from European-introduced plants.
