Summary
This dataset contains the artifact catalog for the phase I excavations of 400 Area Ridge Top, Locus I, Adelphi Laboratory Center conducted by Hunter Research, Inc between 9/26/1994-10/14/1994.
Shaded columns display information as presented in final report; unshaded columns display additional information as observed by Tetra Tech, Inc. during verification of content and condition of materials. Data are taken from Appendix B of the Final Report, "Phase II Cultural Investigations at Locus I [18MO396], Army Research Laboratory Adelphi Laboratory Center, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland," 18 April 1995. Note: 'Context' in the original inventory refers to stratigraphic level; and EU is an abbreviation for Excavation Unit. This collection consists primarily of prehistoric artifacts although some historic materials are present. Note: "Lot Totals" have been amended to include all new fragments (i.e., fresh breaks). Missing artifacts have been subtracted from "Lot Totals". This catalog represents the actual contents of this Collection when inventoried on 12/12/2000.
