The Directorate of Public Works at Fort Sam Houston, Texas has determined that demolition of the historic properties listed in this document will have an effect upon the Fort Sam Houston National Historic Landmark District, National Register Conservation District and its Camp Bullis sub-installation.

Consultation with interested groups included the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer, the San Antonio Conservation Society, and the Society for the Preservation of Historic Fort Sam Houston.
