Summary

The Williams Gateway Airport Authority (WGAA) is planning Phase 1 development of its portion of the former Williams Air Force Base in Maricopa County, Arizona. This report describes the proposed development, the consideration of alternatives to the proposed development, and the six historic World War II hangars and the two archaeological sites in the area of potential effect. The report then outlines proposed mitigation of the anticipated adverse effect. Finally, this report describes the implementation of the mitigation plan, including the study team and a proposed schedule. Two appendices present additional information and documentation supporting the proposed development.
