The Directorate of Public Works is planning an undertaking to rehabilitate and adaptively use Building 143 at Fort Sam Houston that is located within the National Historic Landmark District. The Environmental and Natural Resources Division agrees with the Texas Historical Commission’s determination that the undertaking will have “no adverse effect” upon Building 143, the adjacent historic properties, or the National Historic Landmark District.
