The Texas Historical Commission has received and reviewed Fort Sam Houston's correspondence describing the draft Memorandum of Agreement for the demolition of Buildings 376, 377, 4115, and 5102. The Commission approves of the draft MOA, but requests specific language be used in Stipulation I (detailed in this letter).
