Fort Sam Houston has determined that the demolition of Buildings 376, 377, and 4115 at Fort Sam Houston and Building 5102 at Camp Bullis will have an adverse effect of the Fort Sam Houston Conservation District, which is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, and has consulted with the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer regarding implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
