Summary

This letter addresses a disagreement between the State Historical Preservation Office and Randolph Air Force Base concerning the determination of effect for the construction of perpendicular parking lots in Duplex Housing. This letter serves as comment by Fort Sam Houston in requesting that the State Historical Preservation Office reconsider their "adverse effect" determination of the undertaking and the requirement that an MOA be prepared.
