A letter from the US Army Corps of Engineers to Harry Diamond Laboratories, in regards to a report on a special visit to Harry Diamond Laboratories by Installations and Services Activity (I&SA). The report contains several recommendations on protecting the Ballast House and disposition form stating the effects of erosion on the bank of Nanhemoy Creek adjacent to the Ballast House.
