Included are two letters of inquiry to the Adelphi Laboratory Center for information on the purchase of the Ballast House, and from Charles County Community College to the Director of Facilities Engineering in reference to the final report sent to their studies center to be added to their archives. Also included are seven letters of response from the Adelphi Laboratories Center in regards to forwarding information to interested parties for purchase of the Ballast House; a newspaper page advertising the sale of the Ballast House; a DA 337 in reference to the appraisal of the Ballast House; and a memorandum for the Director of Facilities Engineering.
