Summary

The Nellis Air Force Range contains numerous historic und prehistoric archaeological resources, many in an excellent state of preservation due to protection offered by Federal ownership and limited access. Ten of these historic sites, consisting of historic ranching and mining complexes, were selected for recordanon and photography to provide the Air Force with detailed information on current condition, data potential, and conservation and management needs, as well as to provide information on eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
