Archaeological Monitoring of Hazardous Substances Sites Wake Island Airfield, Wake Atoll, 2003

Summary

This report presents the results of archaeological monitoring services at 13 out of 20 hazardous substances (HS) sites and their associated subsites that were subject to environmental investigations on Wake Island Airfield, Wake Atoll. This work was conducted as part of an on-going environmental restoration program conducted by the United States Air Force on Wake Atoll. The current archaeological investigations were designed to provide archaeological monitoring for the proposed environmental investigations.
