Cultural Resources Clearance Survey Arroyo del Coyote T&E Plantation
Summary
This report documents the performance and findings of a Cultural Clearance Survey for an enclosed (fenced) rare cactus, preserve and plantation. A stone structure was located and fenced off to protect it from damage. the remains of a cobble base-adobe walled contiguous room block structure was located on the flat near the edge of a arroyo (tributary to Arroyo del Coyote). Cholla cactus (Opuntia imbricata) was concentrated in patches east of the main structure. Grama grass cactus (Toumeya papyracantus) was also present in the area.
