Summary
The 2011 Integrated Cultural Resources Management Plan (ICRMP) updates the ICRMP prepared in 2006. This plan implements Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7065, Cultural Resources Management, (1 June 2004), Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 32-70, Environmental Quality, and Department of Defense Instruction (DoD) 4715.3, Environmental Conservation Program (3 May 1996, amended 20 July 1998). Archeological and historic site inventories have been accomplished for 100% of Dyess Air Force Base. To protect these resources and to integrate cultural resources management into the planning and implementation of construction, training, and land use, this ICRMP has been prepared and is reviewed annually by 7 Civil Engineer Squadron/CE Environmental Flight (CES/CEA), with any major revisions required every five years.
