Summary

A final report that synthesizes literature research related to Native American historical connections to the lands managed by the Study Installations, discernment of Tribe-specific reserved treaty rights for each base (legally and presumed) and presents a framework for the identification of Traditional Cultural Properties, Sacred Sites, Properties of Traditional, Religious, and/or Cultural Importance, and Traditionally Used Resources. Also included are results of informal interviews with Tribal representatives that ascertain Tribe-specific consultation protocols and interest level per installation.
