Summary

The proposal includes the installation of a new 65‐foot tall self‐support tower, 12 - 20 ft Motorola Standard Building (MSB) with an ADA compliant ramp, 45kW generator with overhead ice canopy, and 1,000‐gallon propane tank with overhead ice canopy. The existing tower, shelter, generator, and propane tank are proposed to be decommissioned and removed following the installation of the new equipment. The existing ±8‐ft-tall chain‐link fence is proposed to be replaced with a new 8‐ft-tall anti‐climb fence. At the request of Ms. Mary Gray of Patriot Towers, Archaeological Consulting Services, Ltd. (ACS) conducted a Class III cultural resource survey of the area of potential effect (APE) to provide an inventory and assessment of cultural resources that might be affected by the proposed undertaking.

No cultural resources are located within the direct APE. ACS recommends a finding of no historic properties affected within the direct APE. No cultural resources are located within the visual APE.
