Summary
This survey was required as part of the Environmental Assessment process prior to initiation of construction of the proposed Advanced Measurement Site, RAMS. This project would involve construction of the radar testing complex, support facilities, and clearing and leveling of approximately 600 acres of land surface. Three large prehistoric sites, three small lithic scatters, one small lithic and ceramic scatter, a rock cairn and an historic road were located within the project area and associated rights-of-way.
