Human Systems Research, Inc. has conducted an intensive archaeological clearance survey of approximately 800 acres adjacent to the RATSCAT Advanced Measurement Site (RAMS). This area will serve as a construction annex, and will include two permanent powerlines, a permanent access road, temporary aggregate processing, concrete and asphalt batching plants, trailer complex, and portions will be used as a source of borrow materials.
