Summary

The 46th Test Group, RADAR Target Scatter Division (46 TG/TGR), of Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB) is planning to construct an infrared Security Surveillance System (VISDTA) at the RATSCAT Advanced Measurement Site (RAMS). This HAFB administered facility is located on White Sands Missile Range- (WSMR). The project will consist of erecting two towers on 20' triangular bases, installing overhead and subsurface power lines (including both the use of existing power lines and installation of new power poles), constructing a new access road, and upgrading an existing access road.
