Summary

This document is a Section 106 for the Air Combat Command F-15E/EX Beddown Project. The purpose of the proposed F-15E/EX Beddown Project would be to test and develop new-generation weapons, payloads, and propulsion systems. The operational and training flights would be flown over the Pacific Ocean at altitudes from 10,000 to 50,000 feet above sea level. The beddown would include a temporary deployment of up to 12 F-15E or F-15EX aircraft with test operations of approximately one week in duration occurring a maximum of two times per year. The beddown would include construction of F-15E/EX support facilities. The area of potential affect (APE) for the F-15E/EX Beddown Project is adequately delineated and the undertaking will have no effect on any known historic properties. The Department of the Air Force (DAF) reached a finding of no historic properties affected during this undertaking.
