This public notice is an application for a Department of the Army (DA) Permit, subject to Section 10 of the River and Harbor Act of 1899, to excavate approximately 24,500 cubic yards of material from the right bank of the East Fork White River, 243.0 miles above its mouth near Columbus, Bartholomew County, Indiana.
