"The Department proposes to widen the existing two-lane ditch section of S-5 to accommodate the addition of a turn lane at the truck entrance to Kimberly Clark in Aiken County, South Carolina (Figure 1). The project is approximately 0.5 mile in length. Existing right-of-way is 66 feet. Proposed new right-of-way ranges from 90 to 110 feet along the length ofS-5.
