The facilities are not noteworthy examples of a type, period or method of construction, nor the work of a master, nor associated with significant historical events or persons. The Pinehurst Estates 9C-1 site consists of three, L-shaped poured concrete foundation, measuring approximately 34-x-10 ft, 20-x-12ft, and 31-x-50ft, a small concrete slab foundation, a concrete pillar with four, embedded rebar pins, an oval-shaped shaft feature, interpreted as a cistern, and a square-shaped shaft feature.
