Locational information redacted since not all of the site was mitigated during the subsequent Phase III survey. MB #81 on the east bank of the river in Ft. Edward dates to the Late Archaic period. MB #33 on the west bank of the river in Moreau dates to the Late Woodland. This site was later partly mitigated.

This project is based on Phase III data retrieval excavations and research conducted by Hartgen Archeological Associates, Inc. on the late 19th- and early 20th-century Reher Bakery site, a Jewish-American kosher and bakery within the National Register-listed Rondout-West Strand historic district.
