An Intensive Archaeological Survey of 57 Acres of Proposed Borrow Areas Proposed Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Relocation R-3, Richard B. Russell Reservoir, Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Relocation 1979 (1979)
This report presents the results of a cultural resources survey of three proposed borrow areas associated with the relocation of a portion of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad (Map Reference R-3). One site was discovered within the project area. This site consists of a brick scatter which has been heavily impacted and is not recommended for further investigation. No other cultural resources were discovered on the remaining borrow areas and cultural clearance is advised for the entire project.
An Intensive Archaeological Survey of the Proposed AT&T Cable Relocation Richard B. Russell Reservoir, American Telephone and Telegraph Cable Relocation 1979 (1979)
On April 11, 1979, an archaeological survey was conducted for a proposed relocation of 800 feet (243 meters) of proposed coaxial cable associated with the rerouting of a part of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad in the planned Richard B. Russell Reservoir. The results of the survey indicated that no cultural resources are located on this study tract and full cultural clearance is advised.

This report presents the findings of an archaeological survey of a proposed railroad relocation of a section of Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, labeled R-2 in the Army Corps of Engineers maps. An associated 27 acre (10.9 hectare) borrow area was included in this survey.
