Re-Visitation Form for site 5AH493 which had been first recorded in 1989. In 1989 it was determined the site was an area for lithic reduction, tool manufacture, food processing, and camping. Lithic tools including metates were recorded. By 2018 buildings had been constructed on portions of the site resulting in significant reduction of its extent, although flakes, scatter, tools and one metate fragment were recovered.
