From 2003 to 2005, Hartgen Archeological Associates, Inc. conducted a series of archeological investigations in advance of the construction of a parking facility in the Sheridan Hollow neighborhood of Albany, New York. The archeological examination, required by Section 14.09 of the New York State Historic Preservation Act, focused on two urban residential lots on Sheridan Avenue, occupied about 1840-1920.
