EMAP LA3949 Unit 13 writeup 2017
Part of the EMAP Las Animas (LA 3949) – Unit Summaries project
Year: 2017
Summary
Unit 13 was a relatively small rectangular room (2.5 x 4.3 = 10.8 square meters) single story room in what was called the South Two-Story section of the Postclassic pueblo at Las Animas Village. Its size and the absence of a hearth suggest that Unit 13 served as a storage room. It was repeatedly remodeled, as indicated by three floor layers. No chronometric dates were obtained from this room.
