Pollen and phytolith analysis was conducted on groundstone and flaked stone tools from this site in an effort to define the plants that were processed with these tools.

BLOOD RESIDUE ANALYSIS OF ARTIFACTS FROM SITE SDI-7197 CALIFORNIA:

The primary objective of this analysis was to determine if information derived by the analysis of blood residues retained on lithic artifacts could provide further information on prehistoric subsistence activities at site SDI-7197 in California.
