Summary
The Medicine Lodge Creek site is located on the eastern margin of the Bighorn Basin in
north central Wyoming. A metate from the Crow horizon at the site was recovered during backhoe
trenching and submitted for pollen and phytolith analysis to identify plants that might have been
processed.
