Summary

This documentation is submitted in support of a recommendation that archaeological clearance be granted for construction associated with the Arizona Public Service Company Cholla-Saguaro 500 kV Transmission Line at Site CS-126, within direct impact areas. The expected impacts will result from APS tower 420 and SRP tower 417

This report includes the research design developed for work at this site in accordance with the general research proposal presented in the documentation for determination of "NO ADVERSE EFFECT." It also includes a description of work accomplished during Phase I (exploratory investigations) and Phase IIa (data recovery in mitigation of effects in direct impact areas). Recommendations for future work which will complete data recovery are provided.
