Summary
This document is a report that describes the procedures and results of compiling a collection of radiocarbon data from archaeological sites on Vandenberg Air Force Base. Chapter 1 introduces the project and Chapter 2 describes procedures used to collect additional radiocarbon data. Results of the radiocarbon analysis are presented in Chapter 3 and the radiocarbon database itself is summarized in Chapter 4. A printout of the comprehensive radiocarbon database is attached as Appendix A; radiocarbon data provided by Beta Analytic, Inc. is included in Appendix B. An electronic version of the database, in Microsoft Access format, was delivered separately to 30 CES/CEVPC.
