Dye & Colleagues, Archaeologists, Inc., during ground disturbing activities associated with the Septic System Restoration project at Bellows Air Force Station, Hawai‘i, TMK: (1) 4–1–001:015. The ground disturbing activities that were monitored consisted of excavation for new septic tank systems at three locations, along with the removal of the existing cesspool systems. A single human burial was inadvertently discovered at the BAFS-6 work site.
