Selective, intensive-level survey of 12 architectural resources approaching the age of 50 years. The 12 resources targeted by the present study were surveyed in 2004 (Peyton 2004). At that time, the resources were between 29 and 33 years old and did not qualify for listing in the NRHP as “exceptionally important” under Criteria Consideration G (NPS 1997).
