The current project, initiated by HQ AFMC (M. Tagg 2004) and funded through the Legacy Program (Legacy Project No. 04-211) as a continuation of the HQ AFMC historic context (Weitze 2003), seeks to identify and categorize RDT&E property types and subtypes and present them as an addition to the current Interim Guidance list. The end result will be a more complete Air Force Cold War property typology for the materiel development facility category that augments the current typology.
