SpaceX, under a lease agreement with the USAF proposed to conduct vertical landings of the Falcon first stage vehicle at LC-13 at CCAFS. This included land clearing, and construction of a main landing pad at LC-13, contingency pads, and supporting infrastructure modifications to the existing facility. These investigations were scheduled according to the proposed land clearing activities funded for each of the years.
