Multi-component project containing both historic and pre-historic elements. It is located in Pala San Diego. This project is for JPOWER and will consist of a new Power Station that will be placed directly onto the footprint of a historic orange grove. The other impacts will include water, natural gas, and energy lines that will be dug and laid between 10 and fifteen miles coming to the power plant.
