Collection of documents, data, and images generated from and/or related to archaeological resource and investigations on the Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas. The collection was created by tDAR under contract with the USAF and is intended to organize documents, images, and other data from the Goodfellow Air Force Base. In September 2006 an archaeological survey of 120 acres, commissioned by Air Education and Training Command (AETC), was conducted on Parcel G of Goodfellow Air Force Base (AFB) by Geo-Marine, Inc. This report provides an inventory and assessment of the Cold War-era (1945-1991) built environment at Goodfellow Air Force Base (AFB), Texas. Of the 343 Cold War buildings inventoried at Goodfellow AFB, only eight were further evaluated based on their association with the Cold War missions of Goodfellow AFB.
