This site lies on the north bank of the Potomac River, on the south end of Cedar Point Neck, about 500m northwest of Upper Cedar Point, at the southwest comer of two small dirt roads. No size is indicated for this site. The only artifacts recovered are quartz and quartzite flakes and chunks. No diagnostics were recovered.
