An evaluation was conducted concerning an internal renovation for Building 100 at Randolph Air Force Base. After reviewing the scope of work, it was determined that the proposed action will have "no adverse effect" on the historic property. This correspondence details the conditions to be met in order for the project to move forward.

Randolph Air Force Base conducted an evaluation on Building 581 and determined that the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was also determined that the proposed project will have no adverse effect on the property or its landmark district.

Randolph Air Force Base conducted an evaluation of Building 120. After reviewing the proposed design for internal renovation, it was determined that the action will have "no adverse effect" on the historic property or on the landmark district as long as the listed condition is met.

This letter is the Texas Historical Commission's response to information sent documenting Randolph Air Force Base's proposal for fence installation for Building 418. After reviewing the material the Commission concurs with the determination of no adverse effect on the historic building or the surrounding area.

Randolph Air Force Base provided the Texas Historical Commission summary documentation with recommended conditions for the electrical repair of the elevator in Building 100. The Commission has given a list of conditions to be met in order to achieve a determination of "no effect" on the historic structure and its surrounding environment.
