On July 15, 1975, the Museum of Northern Arizona, at the request of the Salt River Project, surveyed a drill site location 4.5 mi. north of Concho, Arizona. Associated with this drill site were two observation sites and an access road. An archaeological site was recorded on one of the proposed observation sites, and it is recommended that this observation site be moved to avoid the archaeological remains.
